Our freeports are working to accelerate a greener future rooted in low carbon logistics, green fuels and renewable energy. The Port of Tilbury and its major development area is part of Thames Freeport, which was awarded full status in 2022. In Scotland, Forth Ports is a core partner in the Forth Green Freeport, which was shortlisted in January 2023 and is currently developing its business case.
